*Unfortunately, only shipping to the above countries and regions is supported. Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Iran, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), North Korea, Syria and unlisted countries or regions do not support delivery.
For example:
1) After you place an order to purchase a set of products, the processing time is 5-10 working days from the date of order placement. All packages are strictly inspected and disinfected by our warehouse before being delivered to the logistics company.
2) The shipping time is usually 10-15 working days. Buyers will receive the package within 15-25 days.
Important: We are not responsible if the package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or wrong destination information. Please provide the correct shipping information at checkout. If you find that the shipping information is incorrect, please contact us by email at [email protected]

During public holidays and busy periods, please allow more time for your order to be processed. Customs and shipping services may also take more time to process/deliver during peak seasons or before major holidays (such as Valentine’s Day). Please refer to the local government website for detailed information on public holidays in the destination country. Please also note that there may be delays if payment authorization is pending.
Standard shipping methods do not guarantee delivery times. The above are estimated shipping service times and do not include processing time by the destination country’s customs. In some cases, the local customs in your country may require additional documents and extend customs clearance time, which may also cause further delivery delays.
For standard shipping, the order will be delivered by the national shipping service of the destination country. For deliveries outside the United States, you may need to sign for the package to receive it, so please choose an address where someone can receive the package during business hours.
How do I get my tracking code?
Each customer will automatically receive a tracking code once the order is ready for shipment. The tracking code will be sent to the email address you entered in the system. In some cases, the carrier’s tracking information may be available 2-3 business days after the order is shipped.
Will my package be delivered to my home or to the post office for me to pick up?
Your order will be delivered to your home. Home delivery may not be available in some cities/regions/countries, but this is rare.
